Описание винтового компрессора SAB 202
Компрессор SAB 202 - это винтовой компрессор с регулируемой производительностью и системой впрыска масла.
Два ротора (ведущий и ведомый) имеют соответственно 4 зуба и 6 зубьев асимметричного профиля в соответствии с лицензией SRM.
На стороне всасывания роторы оснащены подшипниками скольжения, в то время как подшипники на стороне нагнетания представляют собой комбинированный набор подшипников, состоящий из подшипников скольжения, которые принимают на себя радиальные нагрузки, и шарикоподшипников, воспринимающих осевые нагрузки. Осевые нагрузки частично воспринимаются вращающимися разгрузочными поршнями, установленными на роторах.
Роторы имеются в двух исполнениях: как для ведущего, так и для ведомого приводов. На ведомом роторе имеется шейка вала.
Компрессор оснащен большим встроенным всасывающим фильтром, который эффективно предотвращает попадание в компрессор загрязнений, переносимых из холодильной установки вместе со всасываемым паром хладагента. В корпус всасывающего фильтра встроен также защитный клапан компрессора, регулируемый управляющим клапаном. Этот защитный клапан защищает компрессор от непредвиденного высокого давления сжатия.
Для эффективного фильтрования масла, используемого для смазки подшипников в компрессоре, в компрессорный блок встроен фильтрующий патрон.
Помимо этого в компрессоре имеется встроенный обратный клапан, который предотвращает обратное вращение компрессора при отключении напряжения на приводной двигатель.
Ведущий вал имеет сальниковое уплотнение типа скользящего кольца. Оно состоит из неподвижного чугунного кольца, которое уплотнено относительно крышки корпуса кольцевым уплотнением, и подвижного графитового кольца, поджатого пружиной и уплотненного относительно вала кольцевым уплотнением.
Производительность компрессора может регулироваться бесступенчато от 10% до 100% с помощью золотникового регулятора, расположенного под роторами. При перемещении золотника в направлении от его упора, образуется отверстие, через которое часть всасываемого пара возвращается на сторону всасывания. Чем больше это отверстие, тем меньше производительность компрессора.
Золотник регулировки производительности перемещается посредством регулирующего поршня, приводимого в действие гидравлической системой, и управляется системой электромагнитных клапанов.
Компрессор имеет также систему регулирования для настройки объемного отношения Vi. Это позволяет компрессору работать оптимально при изменяющемся рабочем давлении установки.
Объемное отношение компрессора оптимизируется путем изменения положения золотника Vi, когда компрессор работает на максимальной производительности. Это достигается передвижением упора золотника. При частичной нагрузке объемное отношение Vi будет только приближаться к оптимальному.
Регулирование встроенного объемного отношения Vi может производиться двумя способами в зависимости от типа компрессора.
Регулировка золотника Vi вручную
- производится поворотом шпинделя, поз. 180, в соответствии с кривыми, приводимыми в руководстве.
Автоматическое регулирование золотника Vi
- осуществляется давлением масла и двумя соленоидными клапанами, управляемыми системой управления UNISAB II.
